JobBuddy ("we") helps small service businesses create quotes, schedule jobs and send invoices. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
• Business details you enter: business name, address, phone, services and payment links.
• Customer, quote, job and invoice records you create.
• Job photos you upload for AI estimates.
• Booking requests submitted through your public booking page.

How we use it

Only to run the app: saving your records, generating AI estimates from your photos, showing your public booking page, and processing subscriptions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting and database storage, AI processing of job photos, and Stripe for payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by JobBuddy.

Your choices

You can edit your data anytime, and permanently delete your account and all its data from Settings → Delete account.
